Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please ensure the following:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item is not a final sale, clearance item (these are non-exchangeable).
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at blossom_artistry@outlook.com with your order number and reason for exchange, or item you’d like.
- We will review your request and provide further instructions on shipping the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Exchange Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For size or style exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and approved.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may request for refund.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Items that have been damaged after delivery.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of MALAYSIA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of MALAYSIA.
